R. Robb International Associates, Inc. was founded by Mr. Richard Robb in 1969. Prior to forming RRIA, Mr. Robb worked at the Ford Autolite Division Export Department, where he gained a clear understanding of the unique requirements of exporting to overseas customers. Convinced of the neglect of those requirements among US manufacturers and full of sound ideas for satisfying them, Mr. Robb then left Ford to begin marketing American made products abroad under the RRIA name.

Since its beginning, RRIA has sold products in over 120 countries. In a typical year, we sell to 70 plus countries. We understand that each country has its' own unique characteristics, such as distribution structure, customs regulations, duty/tariff and tax structure, not to mention language and business culture.

Many US companies are successful manufacturers and distribute their products within the United States. However, many of these same manufacturers are unaccustomed to selling their products outside the US. RRIA specializes in helping companies sell to overseas markets. Most of our factories hire RRIA under an exclusive contract to act as their external export department. We focus exclusively on foreign markets, aggressively fulfilling all export functions for them.

The Freight on Board (F.O.B.) prices given to the largest US distributors by a factory having a contract with us are the same prices RRIA offers its international customers. We are not an agent, we are truly the export division of our factories.
